Cathedral ceilings and huge windows with lots of sunshine and mountain views. In-floor radiant heat, gas fireplace, 55" flat-screen internet and cable TV, high-speed internet, smart-key entrance, HE washer and dryer, all brand new furniture. 1700 sq feet of living space.

Located on a private corner lot just blocks north of Kendall Mountain and downtown (walking distance).Arguable the best views in town!
The closest house in town to ohv approved roads (CR 2 down the street). Can cross Silverton Lakes access road for a fee. Ample corner lot parking for ohv’s, trucks and trailers.
Chef’s kitchen includes: induction range, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops with island, dishwasher, and dining to seat 10.
Oversized, heated garage (one car) with work bench, cubbies, ski rack, boot heaters, and bike racks and a house bike for use.
A covered back porch with a gas BBQ grill, gas fire pit and table, and views of Red mountain and a large SAUNA (robes supplied)!

Winter only. Late check out may be available Sunday for 4pm for skiers. Please inquire. $100 Snow and ice possible on premises
We can not refund due to inability to get to Silverton. We will try to accommodate additional nights based on availability.
