Sea-view Apartment is a unique apartment completely renovated at the ground floor, which has security bars and mosquito screens in all windows and doors, the living/kitchen area with a double queen pull out sofa bed, table, chairs, ceiling fan and a new fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, freezer and and gas stove with 4 burners and oven. It's facing to a covered Patio with table, chairs, harm-chairs and a wonderful Ocean-view. There is also a nice and well maintained garden with lawn, two comfortable harm-chairs and a hammock. The bathroom is with toilet, sink and a big shower; the double bedroom has safe, wardrobe, ceiling fan, mosquito net and two single beds made in wood and bamboo that can be prepared as a double queen bed. We offer for free: the fastest High Speed Internet connection available with optic fiber stable and reliable with 300 MBps in download speed and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable and 120-260 MBps in Wi-Fi, gas, water, light, towels and bed linen.; in the back side of the garden there is also an external shower. Sea-view Apartment is fully equipped with also 110 and 220 volt plugs and hair-dryer. We have a large parking place right in front of the property. Please remember to bring your beach-towels!
