Location is excellent. Room is small but not too bad if you don’t have big luggage. Staffs are friendly. Would stay there again next time.

This wonderful hotel is very close by the cathedral, Leonidas & behind Butter on the left. Use Naver and Kakao Map to help you navigate. It's located on the 17th floor. The hotel is surprisingly quiet unless you decide to open the window. Staff is wonderful. Hotel is clean and it has all the amenities you need. Historical sites are walkable. Bring cash to take advantage of the food carts. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay. Close to subway station Exit 5. Convent to take the Airport Limousine Bus back to Incheon airport, located close to Exit 9 of the subway. The reception area needs new carpet. Either it’s stained really bad or needs cleaning. My room was two twin beds with street and roof top views. The bed is the hardest bed I’ve ever sleep in. I asked for a mattress topper(duvet). It didn’t help so I went across the street and bought two yoga mats. Still was to hard for my hip joint. Staff is friendly. Has a breakfast buffet every day. They will store luggage if you get there too early.

Sometimes it was very loud. You could hear everyone coming and going and could hear people in their rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day and bed was very comfy. Would have liked to have more pillows. We liked having coffee and waters replenished every day.

The service from staff at the front desk and dining was excellent. My concerns were more about the property itself, and Shilla should be ashamed about their maintenance. First, all the carpets on floors were loosen and come out. It is easy maintenance to stretch carpets and fix them. I did it for my house, and it doesn't cost much as not replacing carpets. Didn't they know about it? Second, breakfast has never been changed and always the same. Shilla again should be ashamed about their management. The corporation under Samsung family only cares about Shilla hotel but not Shilla stay? If the quality of breakfast cannot be good enough, you can either charge more and make it right or free breakfast for all. I felt so wasted and ignored despite of the fact that restaurant staffs were excellent and the top service. I blame more about Shilla stay and the executive level.
