"It was OK - the ocean view room wasn't worth it (the ocean is not close by and the barren land you actually have a view of is =n't much to speak of). The pool staff were excellent."

"The rooms were clean from top to bottom. Fresh towels, plenty of space in the Jr Suite. The room and bathroom were both spacious, so we did not feel cramped. There was a lounge area with table and chairs and balcony. So there was true comfort and peace. The staff was hospitable and welcoming in all areas of the hotel, Rose, Sunset and Blanco. The Mare Nostrum restaurant was good, there were nights with some, really, really good food choices, Pork Tamales, breakfast, italian dishes and Asian dishes. Cecilia, Mariana, Nahomi were great hostesses. Excellent customer services and hospitality. Luis, Manuel, Marisol were great service people along with other workers in restaurant. Cilantro was good. Suite service was really good. The tacos were excellent. The Market of Quivira had some excellent choices. All and all, our trip was great. Going in the down season didn't impact our trip too much, some restaurants were closed for vacations, but we still had variety."

"Our stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The overall peacefulness of the resort was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like a true escape, while still having everything we needed for an amazing getaway. And if you’re a golfer, golfing is a MUST! The course and experience were incredible and definitely added to an already perfect trip. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely recommend Pueblo Bonito Pacifica!"
