I didn't check and see the statement included a service fee above and beyond the price that almost doubled the cost. Owned by a company who never answered my emails.Had to call VRBO for contact info. Luigi who met us was very nice and helpful. The place had no soap, no extra sheets, bathroom door always slid open. Had to stick toilet paper under door to keep shut. Furniture was plastic chairs. The other places had warmth and hospitality. This just left a.bad taste. The place wasn't terrible but when you double the advertised cost I expect more not less ##### Abbey H. On arrival there was a little confusion. The property manager's assistant had me sign up form which stated that I would be responsible for a fee which I would pay directly to the property manager. The amount was approximately half the total bill for two nights. This was never described at the original booking. When I challenged it and stated that the total fee was approximately $515, he ended up charging my credit card that amount and the property property managers fee was dropped ##### James K.
