The hotel itself was very nice. The staff were super helpful and we enjoyed our time. The AC and wifi were both a little weak, but otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a large selection.

It was OK for the price. The breakfast was so so, the parking very small and often full. The building is old and was making weird noises occasionally. The location was excellent: just outside LTZ but very close to all the points of interest.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful with parking and luggage assistance, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — we were literally across the street from great restaurants and shopping.

Very cute hotel. We booked last min and it’s a great place to have a base to explore the city. Staff is very friendly. They directed me to free parking spaces 10 min walk away which was perfect.

Perfect location in Siena, with soft, comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, and nice showers. Breakfast was yummy and provided a wonderful beginning to our day! No elevator, so I had to carry bags up several flights of stairs.

The room needs updating. There was mold on the bedroom wall around the air-conditioner and in the bathroom. The room was a little too warm at night for sleeeping. The shower drain cover was broken, the shelf was cracked, the water handle was broken. The shower head could use replacing. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location is great!
