Beautiful place in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of everything in central Siena. Very good restaurants, grocery, shops, and so on, right there. The manager Sabine was wonderful to have and made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is a very nice, clean apartment, within walking distance of everything I wanted to see in Siena. Great central location. Nicely decorated and had everything available to make a comfortable stay. I spent a wonderful day finding local artisan shops from a pamphlet I found in the apartment. Would recommend to friends!

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very comfortable and not far from the major sites; we walked everywhere. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was very welcome, after our time in Florence with much street noise at night. The bed was very comfortable and if it got too hot, the air conditioning cooled the room nicely. Check in was easy, as was communication with our host. We would definitely stay here again.

Charm & Location with some caution

This apartment is right in the medieval part of Siena and not far from the attractions. So it's got loads of charm and antiquity appeal, and we enjoyed that very much. We are in our 80s, but probably better shape than many at our age, so we can't really recommend it to older folks because there are quite a few steps up, pretty as they are. It is a comfortable place, though as usual the bathroom is adapted in a place that was not intended way back when it was built, and is thus pretty small. But everything functions as it should. By the way, the Tre Cristy restaurant is just around the corner and has all three: great food, excellent staff, and ambience PLUS!

Perfect place near all of Siena attractions

This place is a cute nest, perfect for two adults (possible to host a small child, 3 persons total). As shown on the pictures, fully equiped kitchen (with linen, soap for the dishes and more linen if needed). We had 3 nights. 30 minutes walking distance from the train station. Lots and lots of restaurants near, and small grocery stores as well. If we were to come back to Siena, we’d return at this apartment for sure.

Amazing Apartment Incredible location

This apartment was exactly as advertised and we loved it. The location was in a quiet local neighborhood yet never seemed more than a 10 minute walk from anywhere. Just over a block away there was a small supermarket, laudromat and a few restaurants including the Irishman, an Irish pub that had hamburgers and chicken wings. Our hostesses were very knowledgeable and helpful, before we left home we received a lot of helpful information. Highly highly recommend. It will not disappoint.

Great location and atmosphere

Stayed during July Palio. Loved the medieval lodge decor of the apartment, and the location in the middle of Siena was great for walking everywhere. The check-in handler Sabine was very attentive and responsive. Drawbacks included one a/c unit (or two) that was not working, but Sabine brought in a fan which solved the issue well enough, and she said the recalcitrant a/c/ unit would be serviced at soonest opportunity.

My Stay in Siena

My stay in Siena was entirely a positive one, thanks in a big part to the location of this apartment. The apt is off the beaten path on a quiet street, yet close enough to reach the Campo in 10-15 minutes. The apt which is tucked into the top floor of an old building and reached via narrow and steep stairs (as noted in the listing), is small but charming with an interesting layout. Plenty of hot water, I was happy to find, as well as fully-functional air conditioners in both rooms. The host met me at the apt as promised and was incredibly friendly and responsive to my emails when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

If you want an authentic experience in the heart of Siena but in a quieter part of the old town, then this place is highly recommended. Very accommodating for people renting cars and other forms of travel. Super close to all the amazing things to see in town and well as in the Tuscan countryside if you are driving. Overall AC works well and have all the amenities you might need if planning to cook. I will never forget this experience!

The apartment is exactly as listed. It’s not big but had everything we needed for 4 days in Siena. The stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow, but this was expected. The property manager was very helpful and easy to work with.

Perfect location

We rented the apartment for the week to be our home base as we explored Siena and the Tuscany region. It was the perfect location near Piazza del Campo and was a short walk from where the bus route from Florence ends. It is small and charming with a few narrow flights of stairs to climb. The bed was very comfortable. One of the host’s restaurant recommendations was our best meal of the week, so take heed of her advice!
