Staff are exceptional & helpful The courtyard pool area is up against a fairly busy road devided with a privacy fence, so the scooter and vehicle noise is prevalent but did not really bother us. Happy hour was excellent and the complementary breakfast to order is top notch and filling. It’s across from a school and gym so it’s very quiet at night and during the day as well. The room was so large, comfy bed and pillows, and the bathroom amazing - lots of hot water immediately . We were in 7 different areas of Southeast Asia and this was the nicest place we stayed … value for money this place is fantastic. Treat yourself to a marveious room. Everyone was so so polite and welcoming. Love that there is a huge gym right across the street. Walking distance to the river and the heart of Siem Reap. The room was always immaculate upon my return. The TV never worked. I didn’t really care at all but was just curious to see if I could watch Netflix or something. They provided laundry service and the rental of a bicycle, and hooked me up with the best tuk tuk driver ever to tour me around the Angkor Wat temple complex. His name is Chan and he is amazing! The pool is lined with trees with fat leaves. There are Buddha statues and large bowls of floating lotus’s. The complimentary breakfast was also wonderful. I recommended this hotel to other travelers on their way to Siem Reap.
