조용하고 소박한 호텔

pool view로 예약을 했으나, 처음 배치받은 방은 pool view가 아니었고, 문의를 하니 방이 없다고 내일 pool view인 108호로 바꿔준다고 했음. 그런데 처음 배치 받은 방이 문이 잠기지 않아서 또 문의를 했더니 문을 계속 잠궈 보더니 문이 잠기지 않자 108호로 옮겨줌. 108호는 pool view는 맞지만 1층이기 때문에 커튼을 열어 놓고 생활할 수가 없어서 계속 커튼을 쳐 놓은 상태로 생활함. 위치는 유적지와 가깝지만 시내와는 도보로 7분정도 떨어진 거리. 큰 길이라 위험하지는 않고, 학교 맞은편인데 조용함. 정원은 사진과 달리 예쁘지 않았음. 조식은 먹을만 했는데, 다채롭지는 않았음. 오믈렛이나 달걀프라이도 주문하면 가져다 줌.

Wish I had more time

I booked a stay at this lovely hotel for an overnight stay in Siem Reap. I wish I had more time to truly enjoy the serene garden and beautiful pool. The staff was so pleasant and eager to answer any questions I had. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Pub Street and the Angkor Night Market. Everything you need is within walking distance. Plenty of tuk-tuk's out front. I plan to return to Siem Reap and when I do, I will book my stay at the Frangipani Green Garden Hotel.

すぐ近くにアンコールマーケットというスーパーがあり、とても便利です。 オールドマーケットやパブストリートも徒歩10分ほどなので、立地はとても良いです。 ホテルはこじんまりしていますが、清潔感があり、部屋も毎日綺麗に整えてありました。 シャワーの水圧が少し弱いですが、総合的には快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食バイキング美味しいです。卵料理は出来たてをサービスしてくれます。 スタッフはみなさん親切で真面目に働いています。専属のトゥクトゥクも、信頼できる方でした。

Awesome staff

Honestly we didn't expect a lot at this low price. But the staff service really amuses us. Not only do they help us plan our trip and make booking, on the morning we left to Phnom Penh we woke up late, the staff help us book a tuk tuk to catch up the time and even seeet enough to make a takeaway breakfast for us. It is not uncommon that poor people in Cambodia can do anything for some tips. But you can feel the staff here truly is helpful abd sincere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very helpful, friendly and polite staff

When we arrived we were transferred to the sister Frangipani hotel across the river. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't have been nicer to us. The sister hotel was well located and we were able to walk into town every night for dinner and look around the markets. It was very, very, very hot so we used the swimming pool a lot. 20 minute Tuk Tuk ride to Angkor Wat - Tip: take an umbrella to protect yourself from the sun because we under estimated how hot it was and walking around the temples all day will make you sweaty, warm and very tired

Just off the main road, this little spot is only a 5-10 minute walk to the night markets and Pub Street. Very clean and a decent breakfast in the morning.

Location is the best asset of this little hotel. Breakfast was good and the servers were friendly. The rooms were nice in that they had a sitting area and a separate sleeping area. The room was very clean.

Poor sister

This hotel was a poor sister to the Frangipani Living and Arts Hotel in Phnom Penh for the price. The welcoming garden and lovely staff were a good start but the room...particularly the bathroom was disappointing. The shower doesn't drain easily and wets the whole bathroom. There is no shelf for toiletries. There is no air flow. The nightclub behind is largely white noise but on Saturdays was doof doof and pesky to sleep with. The drain to the left of the hotel was unpleasant to walk past...so...for the money there is probably better value. We were there 5 nights and certainly the room was nicely cleaned daily and breakfast pleasant. But after the lovely hotel in Phnom Penh...where we also had a night at the Frangipani Fine Arts Villas it was disappointing.

Nice environment closed to downtown

A 2 rooms at garden level with a comfortable bed, big TV, fresh and a table with 2 armchairs just outside to have a drink The bathroom is very small and the ground is only concrete. Sufficiently closed to downtown but nevertheless quiet with garden and swimming pool

ロケーションは最高でした。たいていのものは徒歩圏内にありました。 敷地も狭いながらも緑豊かな庭があり、リラックスできました。 部屋は適度に広く、ベッドルームとリビングスペースが分かれていて便利でした。 プールビューを選んだところ、プールサイドのリラックススペースそばにベランダが面していました。プール利用にとても快適・便利でした。 シャワーは最高温度にしてもぬる目という程度でした。 朝食は品数は多くないですが、フルーツ、サラダ、シリアル、卵料理（リクエスト料理）とハム類、パン、ジュース類とコーヒー・お茶と１通りそろっていて、十分でした。 １点残念だったのは、室内のグラスを子どもが割ってしまい、清掃を頼んだところ、まずグラス代の話をされたことです。けがはなかったかとか、すぐに片付けますが先と思いますが...　 全体としては、楽しく思い出深い滞在ができました。

Hotel Overbooked. Great outcome!

We were only at the hotel long enough for a drink as they had overbooked and they sent us to the sister hotel on the other side of the river. We were also upgraded to a huge suite with a balcony that overlooked a bigger pool and was in a lovely garden. The staff were extremely attentive and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

Great place close to the night life

I only spent one night at Frangipani Green Hotel but I found the hotel to be very good. The room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was good with a lot of variety, the garden and pool area was excellent a very tranquil setting in a great location close to the centre of Siam Reap. I enjoyed my stay at Frangipani Green Hotel and have booked to stay there for another week when I return to Cambodia soon.

대로변이 아니라 조용했구요 5분거리에 식당과 음식점이 있어 정말 편했습니다 객실은 전등이 조금 어두운 편이였고 옷을 놔둘수 있는 공간이 욕실에 있어 불편했고 전기코드가 몇개 없어서 멀티탭 꼭 필요합니다.조식은 간단하게 나오는 편이고 수영장도 작지만 좋았습니다. 직원분들은 상당히 친절하구요 한국사람은 묵는기간동안 저 뿐이였네요. 조용한 호텔 원하시는분은 추천합니다.

Great service

We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff here, who made our stay memorable. The hotel facilities were of satisfactory standard (This is not a luxury resort, you get what you pay for), but the staff definitely made our view of the hotel very high. Location was great too - local restaurants were very easily accessible. Would be happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family for a comfortable stay.

The hotel as quite nice and in a great location, in fairly quiet area, but still quite close to everything. The rooms smell a bit moldy though. The staff was really great and did the best to help, I changed rooms to a better one but it still smelt a little moldy. If you have allergies it can be a problem...
