want attentive mgr? Look elsewhere!!

The manager seemed too busy and too lazy to care about our stay, and he just wanted our money. He owed us a change, which he never paid back. The laundry did not get done in time as promised, and some article of our clothes were missing!! The place was cluttered also.

The staffs are friendly, i mean very very friendly. The room is clean, its a serene environment, there are kittens running around in the garden, the trees, and the design of the hotel is suitable for someone who love nature. Air conditioners in the rooms work well, so even in the summer, its a good hotel to visit

too many cats and bugs. one bathroom for 7 peoples use. the toilet is not clean either. too many people are smoking. Just that was my good experience to have in my life. I filing like, I was homeless for living condition.

２月は１０日程度、滞在した。久しぶりにアンコールワットの１週間券を購入して遺跡観光をしている途中だ。ツゥクツゥクを宿で依頼できる。うまく時間が合えばシェアする相手を紹介してもらうこともでき、安く遺跡観光をすることができた。

車をシェアして遠方の遺跡に行く

シェムリアップに来るといつも泊まっている宿。今回はベンメリア、コーケー、プレアヴィヒアを１日で回った。１０人乗りのミニバンをチャーターした。１０人以内で料金２００＄。参加人数で割り勘。９人参加だったので１人２２＄ほどで行けた。（別に遺跡入場料２５＄、プレアヴィヒアの車代５＄ほどがかかる）

シェムリアップの常宿

今回も１０日あまり滞在。のんびりと過ごすことができた。時々宿で、材料費程度の負担で夕食をとることができる。それも楽しみの一つ。自炊できるキッチンはないが、家庭用おカセットコンロを貸してくれるので自炊することも可能だ。

it was more like as a homestay at an older building... room had no windows with wood paneling made it even more cozier... large wooden entrance hall in from of the room and a balcony added some character and charm. it was on the main street to the airport and was convenient for the last day at Siem Reap. modest breakfast offers basics to start the day. good value for the money.

いつもシェムリアップに滞在する時に利用している。ドミトリーが５＄程度、シングルルームが閑散期１０＄程度で泊まれる。（予約サイトを通すと＋手数料がかかる）日本人スタッフがいること。宿で生ビールが1杯４０￠で飲めるので気に入っている。

日本語で気軽に会話を楽しめます

初めてのカンボジアで何もわからない状態で行きましたが、スタッフの方に丁寧に、色んな事を教えてもらい、助かりました。 0.5ドルの生ビールがおいしかったです。（こっちの人はコップに氷を一杯入れて缶ビールを飲みますが、薄くなっておいしくありません） 宿泊客はほとんど日本人ですが、食堂でビールを飲んでいるとスタッフや宿泊客とコミュニケーションが取れます。観光情報の入手やトゥクトゥクをシェアしたりできます。初めてシェムリアップを旅行する日本人は、この宿から始めると便利だと思います。 私はチェックアウト後もちょくちょくビールを飲みに来ましたが、快く受け入れてもらいました。 残念だったのが、部屋の照明が暗く、夜間に読書ができませんでした。改善できればと思います。 またシェムリアップに来た時はお世話になります！

スタッフの皆さんと、かわいい猫ちゃんに感謝します。

三泊の間、ルームキーピイングがなく、ゴミも捨てられていなかった。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。 トウクトウクのドライバーさんは満点でした。 せっかく同じ宿に泊まったのだから、 みんな仲良くなれる工夫があってもよかった気がします。

アットホームな雰囲気で、居心地満点。

1泊2日の超弾丸でしたが、遺跡巡りのアレンジも的確で、しかも柔軟に対応していただけたのでとても充実した2日間を過ごすことができました。また、雰囲気がとてもアットホームで、居心地も満点でした。

シングルは空きがなかったのでツインのルームでした。 広々使えて1800円だったので、日本の感覚で言うとリーブナブルでした。 スタッフの方は気さくな方が多く、とても良かったです。

3日間滞在しました。 とてもアットホームな感じで良かったです。 日本人が多いので、一緒に観光したり情報交換できたり、とても充実の3日間でした。 トゥクトゥクのチャーターや、その他の要望にも応えてもらえて感謝しています。 あと、生ビールが0.5ドルで飲めます。 一つ残念だったのが、3日間の滞在でハウスキーピングが一度も無かったこと。 せめてタオルだけでも交換してもらえると嬉しかったです。言えば交換してもらえたとは思いますが。 シェムリアップに訪れる際はまた利用したいと思います。 中山君パソコン貸してくれてありがとう☆

日本人と出会うには良いゲストハウス

日本人宿ということで、ツアー等一緒に行く仲間と出会いやすいかなということで利用しました。 結果的にたくさんの日本人の方と出会い一緒に観光することができとても楽しかったですし、いい思い出になりました。 ただ宿泊施設としてのクオリティは正直あまりよくはありません。 不潔すぎるため、寝るだけと割り切り、これが東南アジアなんだ、と逆に楽しめるように頭を切り替える必要がある。 特別安いわけでもないのでコストパフォーマンスは悪い。 自分は最初にサイトで支払いを済ませてしまっていたため続けて滞在するしかなかったが、もしそうでなければきっと移動していたと思うし、そうしたかった。 日本人が経営するゲストハウスなので、きっと清潔だろうと期待していたのですがおそらく欧米人向けのゲストハウスやホステルの方が格段に清潔で過ごしやすいと思う。値段もドミを使用しないのであれば他と変わらない。 カンボジアにはまた来たいと思うが、このゲストハウスをもう一度利用したいとは思えませんでした。 水シャワーや水圧が弱い等の問題は発展途上国なので百歩譲って仕方がないと思うが、トイレの壁に付着している虫なのか蛹なのか卵なのかわからない不気味な物や、ファンの掃除、スリッパの洗浄などは少し気をつければできるはずです。 数多くの旅人や旅慣れた人が訪れるため、そういう人たちはゴキブリや不潔な宿に耐性があるのかもしれませんし、そういうことが当たり前だとして過ごすことができるのかもしれませんが、全員がそういうわけではありません。 お金をもらっている以上、最低限の掃除等はしていただきたい。 レビューを見て良さそうだったのでこのゲストハウスを選んだが、あまりにも違いすぎて驚いた。 本当にスタッフたちはいい人が多かったし、総合的には楽しかったので書こうか迷いましたが、誰かが書かなければ改善されることもないと思い書きました。 改善すべき点が改善され、多くの人に愛されているこのゲストハウスが末長く続くことを祈って、投稿したいと思います。
