Staff is very kind and work hard to help you with anything you need. Our room was on the top (fifth) floor, and even with continuous air-conditioning it never cooled off, so I’d recommend a lower floor with less sun exposure. Great staff. They arranged for a car and driver (the wonderful Mr. Sky) to take us to Angkor Wat. We stayed in a deluxe room with city view, nice balcony with table and two chairs. The staff here are very attentive, warm and friendly and welcoming. We ordered room service a couple of times during our stay, the food was delicious!
