I got a room with a bathtub and balcony. The staff were very, very kind, helpful, and welcoming. One night, there was a lizard in my room, and the staff did not hesitate to solve my problem; they were very fast in getting rid of it. They also let me know that I was welcome to call them any time I saw lizards in there again (which I didn't in the whole week that I was there, thank goodness). Location is perfect. Right in the middle of many restaurants and shopping areas. My hotel was also always in the pick-up vicinity of tours I signed up for. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is so relaxing. Housekeeping was very consistent and took care of my room every day. My only feedback is the cleanliness of the bidet in my room. It looked dirty, and when I tried wiping it with a towel, the towel began staining. Every day, it continued not to be cleaned. That's probably the first place Housekeeping should take a look at when tending to rooms. Otherwise, again, very great service and beautiful hotel.
