You encapsulated the true nature of the people from Cambodia, friendly, open and cheerful. You went above and beyond to make our stay as welcoming as possible. She treated her guest like a member of her family. The location is slightly 2 km from the town centre, however it is tranquil compared to the hectic scene in the town centre. We were happy to catch taxi to the town centre for sight seeing and eating out. The grounds and the pool were impeccably clean as was the room. WOW …the room was huge, with a separate living room/bedroom area, and a large bathroom with both a tub and large walk-in rainfall shower. The icing on the cake was the service …they were all so helpful and went out of their way to help you with anything you needed. Extremely affordable laundry service, where most hotels gouge you on laundry. It’s a little further from the city centre, but only a 20-30 minute walk or a two dollar tuk-tuk ride. Speaking of tuk-tuk drivers, Smi was my driver for the whole week - he’s very friendly and knows both the town and the ruins (Angkor) well. He hangs out in front of the hotel …he is ultra reliable and has reasonable prices …the front desk can help you find him. Personnel toujours au petit soin et la propriétaire est d'une telle gentillesse et bienveillance. L'hôtel est à cinq minutes en tuktuk du centre ville au calme et verdoyant, belle piscine, bonne literie et l'établissement est très propre.
