Vi bookede et værelse med minibar, daglig rengøring, gratis vand på flaske og badekar. Der var på værelset et køleskab, som ikke virkede, hvilket de lovede hver dag at fikse. Der var intet minibar, i køleskabet fandt vi en åbnet 1,5L vandflaske! Til trods for vi bad om rengøring skete det ikke, vi havde fire overnatninger og toiletpapirsspanden var ret fyldt! Der var badekar på toilettet, det var utæt og der kom kun koldt vand. Pool og bar (måske det du kaldt en restaurant) var ulækkert og utiltalende, så vi benyttede det ikke.
