Amazing staff at this property. The service was very good. They were very friendly, helpful and looked after us. The hotel itself was a bit dated however. We did have a Huge room which was very nice for the 4 of us.

Pavillon Indochine was a pleasant surprise! The staff were fantastic. The hotel tours to the Angkor Wat area were informative and great value for money. We also met Adrian the owner of Pavillon Indochine, who was amazing and the resturant’s, art gallery’s and tours he recommended us to do made our trip to Siem Reap unforgettable! We will be back!

Excellent place to stay in Siem Reap
The people who work at this hotel is the best part of it and made our visit to Siem Reap richer and more enjoyable. I want to say thank you to these people and I wish I could remember everyone by name (I should have written them down!). Unfortunately after 3 weeks of travel through Asia I can't remember them. I do remember Noi, her almost perfect English and very professional, yet warm manner of interacting with us. Everything at Indochine ran like clockwork and every request was fulfilled - transportation, breakfast box at 4 am for sunrise tour, small fixes in our room, and much more. Our room was simple but comfortable, it had the best shower ever. We loved having the pool when we came for our afternoon breaks from the sightseeing. Good breakfast with fruit and eggs made to order. We also ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant multiple times - the food was very good and always fresh. We didn't get the time to indulge in the massage... next time! Also, the hotel is much closer to the Angkor Wat temple than staying in the city. That's great if you plan to visit the temples on multiple days like we did. But out trips into the city were also convenient. Thank you again Indochine!!

Great value at a great location near Angkor Wat
It was very well located and not near other hotels which I kind of prefer. The staff is friendly and helped arrange transportation to and from airport, plus a local Tuk tuk for a full day at the temples. The pool is nice and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is acceptable and we would recommend to others.

This hotel is wonderful! A true oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. The hotel does a great job of guiding you for the best way to explore the temples. It’s much better to get drivers through the hotel and have them arrange it. Adrien and Nicky and their staff are amazing and make you feel so welcome. This hotel made our Siem Teap experience that much better I can not recommend it enough!!!

I absolutely loved it. It was brillisnt. It had charm, personailty and was so much more than I ever expected. The decor is famtastic. It was so good. I will come back and stay here again and again. It was such good value. And because the hotel is run by British expats they have a feel for what the westerner wants and needs, and they supply it. Most hotels gear up for the Chinese, but this one is old school and my style. On top of that, it is clean, and the staff are bright and helpful. I totally loved it.

Peaceful and welcoming
I had such a lovely solo stay at Pavillon Indochine - generous and personable staff, a beautiful room (with firm but comfy bed and a great shower), decent breakfast options, a quiet and relaxing pool, and cute kittens! It's a short drive from both Angkor and downtown Siem Reap, located in a quiet area. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Nearby: I got an excellent takeaway iced latte from So Wat Coffee Roasters, a few minutes' walk away. It's also around the corner from Maom, a quiet but rather nice restaurant with a training program supporting locals.

This is an excellent hotel centrally located. It’s just the perfect size with a tropical pool, cozy restaurant and the bar. The margaritas are excellent. The restaurant serves the best food we had the whole time we were there. It really is a great place you will not regret staying there.

Nice place, great pool and comfortable.
Clean, nice large family room with 2 baths, nice pool for hot days. Hosts went out of their way to greet people by name which was an added touch as it was pretty full.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. Its a little oasis set back a few streets from the downtown noise and dust. It oozes charm and atmosphere from another era. We simply could find no fault and would recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable stay at Pavillon Indochine
This hotel is my favorite and I stay there whenever I visit Siem Reap. It looks like French Colonial style and more over it provides nice French style breakfast which is also my favorite. The premise is located in between downtown and Angkor Watt, therefore, it is convenient to go everywhere. We do not have to get up not too early when we go to see sunrise and we can come back easily to have late breakfast after that. Rooms are enough for two, but it is good for a family of three. When we visited with my whole family of five, we booked a bigger room for such a big family. Anyway, it is a comfortable hotel with reasonable price.

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was lovely, the room was spacious and clean, with a very good mosquito net. Staff were warm and friendly and really helpful in booking tuk tuks, cars and bus tickets for various day trips and our onward journey. Breakfast was good- included eggs, freshly cooked pancakes and a small breakfast buffet. The room was spacious, imaculately clean and laundry was returned quickly. Each room has chairs and a table on an outdoor terrace which was really nice- we often chilled out there after coming back on an evening. Overall, nice, friendly, reliable hotel. Professional but warm staff, good rooms, good breakfast, really nice pool. Would recommend.

Little piece of heaven!
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this French owned hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. Off a dusty side road, it was an oasis of calm. The room was very comfortable and had a nice look to it. The pool was inviting and I enjoyed it several times during my short stay there. The restaurant was very convenient and the food was good. The staff were extremely pleasant and very attentive. The in-house massage was heaven. I highly recommend this little piece of heaven in an otherwise chaotic and fast paced tourist location.

Our family four people stayed three nights with full of happiness. Hotel staff provided services with professionalism, kindness and friendly. Whenever we need a to travel somewhere, they contacted a fairly reasonable price tuk tuk and told the driver to take care of us. Daily we needed to call our parents in Australia, hotel staff provided us a mobile without charged even we tried hard to pay back the call fee. Breakfast was wonderful with full of menu to select and served from 6:30am to 10:00am in a hotel restaurance surrounding with a lovely landscape that created a relax and peaceful environment. Big hotel room, very clean, fresh air, extremely quiet, two air-cond. Around the hotel room, great garden with tropical trees and designed landscape with daily cared and no insect found during our stay. Hotel stays away from a main road about a hundred meters, no dust, quiet, relax in a such busy and polluted Siem Reap, hard to find a wonderful hotel like Pavillon Indochine with a good price. I stayed at pavilion as a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't have been happier! Quiet and relaxing, the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is quite close to Angkor wat. Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, overall quite wonderful.

Staff was very courteous right when we arrived. They offered us a cold towel and drink especially in a hot climate as such, it is definitely an appreciated gesture. Staff was very polite and helpful when we needed to arrange for transport. Our tuk tuk driver was very friendly and has a warm smile. Reasonable charges and a cheap way to check out town. You can also have a tuk tuk driver to take you around city for the day. We had a family room, and it was very spacious with 2 bathrooms. King size bed had a mosquito net, which came in really handy for those prone to mosquito bites :) Pool was pleasant, and food was decent (just make sure you give yourself enough time 'cos food is made fresh and may take some time to prepare). Hotel has a massage facility with very reasonable rates that our whole family of 4 can enjoy! Hotel is only 7 mins away from Angkor Wat, and Old Market where you can find souvenirs and food variety. If we come back to Siem Reap, we would definitely come back to Indochine Pavillon. We had a great time! Thanks for the great service :)

The location is quiter than you would find in town. Hotel restaurant has great food but it is unscreened so there are some insects, but fewer than the open-air restaurants downtown. In room safe for valuables. There is limited shopping nearby so plan on taking tuk-tuk or riding a moto. For the tours to the temples, it best to hire a guide with a car for a couple of days. We are in Cambodia for the summer and will stay again.

Pavillon Indochine is a great little boutique hotel. Great atmosphere and service from the staff. The beds are a little to firm for my taste but other than that the stay was great. We spend 4D/3N and had a great time. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helped with anything from restaurant reservations to transportation and so on. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends. Great value for the price.

Nice hotel between town and temple
I stayed at Pavillon for almost 2 weeks in July/August of 2013. The service is impeccable, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the restaurant is great. The location is also, great, right between town and the temples. My only complaint is that when swimming in the pool you would periodically get a downwind of some odor. I'm not sure if it was the filtration system or something else. That being said, this is Cambodia, and I imagine that water sources are an issue. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else. For the price it is an absolute bargain, and I never wanted to leave! When I did dine in town several times, I found the food at the restaurant, although slightly more expensive, to be superior.

Charming small hotel
This small and intimate hotel is perfect if you are looking for charm and character. The food is tasty, the pool lovely, but it is the staff that really made my family's stay so wonderful. My three children cannot wait to go back to Cambodia.
