There’s daily activities you can join for free or for a small fee, I booked for one night and extended another night because it’s the best hotel in Siem Reap. Having the bar/restaurant on the ground floor makes for a very social environment. The group tours were excellent as well. The staff spoke English well and were extremely helpful and accommodating. I stayed in the private room and enjoyed it. Main lobby area has food and drinks for sale. Cheap water refill for sale (instead of just selling you bottles). One shower per gender per floor, with 4 showers in them. Water was hot, pressure was good, and really nice nozzle. Very clean. Laundry for $1.5/kg, but it's 24 hour turnaround.
