Great staff, beautiful garden and pool

This new hotel is run by a young group of lovely people, all eager to tend to your needs. the rooms are all spacious and clean, beds are super comfortable, especially being in SE Asia. outside is a courtyard garden and infinity pool. it's truly beautiful. a short tuk tuk ride will be organised by the front of house staff to the centre for $1.50 with a free pick up back to the hotel whenever you wish. the breakfast is simple and quite Asian, but the noodles we had were great. Vises is a particularly lovely guy as with all the staff. if traveling back to Siam reap, would definitely stay again. thank you all for the stay

Lovely staff that helped us in any way they could. Breakfast was small but omelettes good. Room was nice and clean. Pool was lovely, kept very clean, with towels provided. Only a short tuk tuk ride into the centre of town - $2 if you get one off the street, ~$1 if you use an app like Grab or PassApp. Hotel driver was wonderful and very nice, took us on our temple tour and our airport transfers.

Tres bel hรดtel. Par contre, nous sommes arrives et ils etaient overbook. Donc ils nous ont transfรฉrรฉ d'hรดtel pour une nuit et nous devions revenir le lendemain. On nous a aussi demandรฉ de quitter lhotwl ร  10h malgrรฉ la politique qui parle de midi. Par contre, belle piscine et tres belle chambre. Tres confortable et bon dรฉjeuner.

We really enjoyed Ombra Angkor. Stayed for two nights in mid-February. The property is a bit old, but clean enough and super friendly. Everything worked - internet, lights, AC. Hot water a bit lukewarm, but really unnecessary given the heat. Our rooms were on the ground floor, 20 feet from the pool. The pool's not huge, but clean and comfortable. Very quiet rooms and grounds, despite being on a pretty big street. The location was ok, a $2 TukTuk ride from the central market area by the river. Angkor Wat was incredibly crowded, but that may be because it was Chinese New Year. The breakfast was not fancy, but more than adequate. And all the smiles from the staff made us feel nice.

Lโ€™hรดtel est situรฉ un peu ร  lโ€™extรฉrieur du centre ville ร  5min en tuk tuk de pub street, mais personne ne le connaรฎt. Agrรฉable dans lโ€™ensemble il y a cependant quelques dรฉfauts. La chambre et grande et le lit trรจs bon mais la salle de bain est sombre et mal fichu on inonde le sol. La piscine est jolie mais ne possรจde pas de bar , du moins il nโ€™en possรจde plus. Le petit dรฉjeuner est par contre nul, aucun choix et toujours le mรชme. Une chose est รฉtonnante cโ€™est quโ€™il nโ€™y a quasiment aucun client sans lโ€™hotel. Nous avons รฉtรฉ presque seul voir seul durant 4 jours. Le personnel est gentil mais semble un peu perdu cependant dans cet hรดtel vide. La rรฉception a changรฉ de cรดtรฉ est ne ressemble plus aux photos du site. Contrairement ร  ce qui est indiquรฉ sur le site il nโ€™y a pas de centre fitness ni de spa. Des massages sont proposรฉs en chambre sur rรฉservation cependant ainsi que des excursions. Un hรดtel avec du potentiel mais qui semble baisser les bras ou ร  besoin dโ€™une nouvelle direction

Rooms are big and comfortable. Is not in the center of the city but I knew that. Breakfast can be improved a little bit. Most of the staff speaks broken English but this happened everywhere in Cambodia (in any case that should be improved)

Quiet hotel with a great pool and large rooms

This hotel is quiet and has a great pool. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. It's a newer hotel. We had dinner twice and it was delicious. Breakfast is mostly Asian. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and a bathtub. It's one Main Street over from Wat Bo Road, which has lots of hotel and cafe options, but tuk tuks are easy to grab and we also walked into town a few times.

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere

Stayed at Angkor ombra hotel for 4 nights. Staff there are very nice and welcoming, also very helpful to answer any questions. The room is fine, very clean. Had two dinner at the hotel restaurant, each time they gave me something different from the food that I ordered, so I would suggest ordering Asian food which they are better at, instead of western food. I enjoyed my stay there overall.

We were traveling to Siem Reap in February and wanted a chill and relax hotel. We sure did it here. The pool was good, with comfortable sunbeds. The restutant was nice, with different type of food from asian food to more wester food. The personal was very helpfull and good people who wanted us to enjoy our stay. The room was fantastic even though we bought the cheepest room, and it had a BIG bed and a clean bath, and they cleaned the room every day. The wi-fi was ok, because it felt out sometime and was a bit slow. And the location was a bit far from the centrum, and walking took atound 15-20 minutes. But all in all a very good and relaxed hotel which I will recomend to others!

Above expectations

Loved our stay at Ombra Angkor. Very comfy rooms, quiet, modern (hotel was recently built). At the discounted rate we payed, we though the value for money was awesome! We extended our stay. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Informed by email the day before of the flight delay/change but we had to wait and call on arrival to organise airport pickup as they though the flight was cancelled (flight number was changed but that was explained in the email I have sent the day before). Continental Breakfast was included. Food was simple but good. Location was okay a 2$ tuk tuk ride or 20min walk to night markets and main touristic area, however with the heat in Siem Reap you probably want to use the tuk tuk. We found that few tuk tuk driver in town didnt know that place, so good to bring a map just in case. Two little things that could be improved: - Bathroom light could be a little stronger as it is quite dark in there! - The Wifi / Internet connection was not very unreliable. It kept dropping off Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and loved or stay.

Nice Hotel Just a Little Issue

Overall a great hotel to stay at. My only issue is the 2nd day of the 4 days we were there we went ahead and had them clean the room. The only issue is I think the staff used the bathroom that it stank when we got back. The room was clean just the smell was obvious so we opted to not have the room cleaned the remainder of the stay. The hotel is a great place and friendly staff.

Cozy and Simplicity style with friendly staff

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. This boutique hotel is very cozy, relaxing and in good price. It takes 5 mins duk duk to the down town, thus it is quiet at night. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The first day we came here very late and the rooms were full occaupied, we cant get the twin beds room. But the staff changed the room for us on the next day morning. They are very efficiency and always remeber our requests. Everytime we came back, they welcome us with friendly greeting. The resturant do not have many choices, but the food are quite good (espically fired rice, it supplys whole morining energy when you join the tour). Also, the pool is clean. The picture shows what actully the hotel looks like.

Incredible new hotel in Siem reap

The hotel staff don't have great English. We never usually have a problem with this as it's not fair to assume they can speak our language. But we had difficulty booking a ferry with a guy who looked like it was his first day. I would reccomended EVERYONE to stay here. Tuk tuks are 200 baby from hotel to town. Honestly amazing !!!! We had a room the you open a door to the pool. Insane!

Brilliant room

Room was terrific - very clean and no issues with air-conditioning in the room as well. Bed was big and pillows were thick and fluffy. Restaurant service was very good. It could, however, work on improving their electricity network. There were 2 blackouts on the first night and 5 blackouts on the 2nd night. It was pitch dark with no announcements etc.
