Staff were incredibly friendly, taking the time to get to know us and our names. A huge shout out to front office, Samny who even took us back to the airport in person. Good variety in buffet and fresh noodles for breakfast. Pools were spacious and quiet and the tuktuk service arenfed by the hotel was excellent. Hands down the best place we stayed on our asia tour. The food was phenomenal, the staff went out of their way to learn our names. Cleanliness was wonderful. They had a salt water and regular pool, sauna, massage services and more. You didnt have to leave the resort but to see angkor wat! We loved the secluded atmosphere and it would b perfect for get togethers. We had no idea how big it was until we wandered around. For our orders at the pool we always paid in cash giving a gracious tip, meanwhile the waiter asked to sign the bill as well. We thought it was a hotel policy. Checking out we were asked to handle our open bills and got presented with all the already paid things. Arguing with it didn’t help because we almost missed our flight and for 3 days the staff took our money and immediately put it into their pocket. The manager handled it inappropriately and made us pay for our purchases again. As I was disputing the claim the receptionist was pushing my friend to leave a review on various websites. We felt mistreated. What an unfortunate experience that spoiled our memory of Cambodia.
