The folks at Khmer Mansion literally treated us like royalty from the minute we stepped onto their property. I've never experienced anything like it, in all my travels. I cannot rave enough about this hotel and its staff. And I'm not one to "rave" at all, really.

This property is one of the loveliest hotels imaginable. Although the hotel is small, the staff is amazing, the ambiance is charming, and the presentation is a model for what any six-star hotel should provide. There is a gym, spa, pool, swim-up bar, and serene decor. However, the service is better than we get at the top hotels. From the moment you drive up, be prepared to be surprised. The staff anticipates every need and is beyond incredible in every sense of the word. See the sites, take a vehicle to the Night Market/Pub Street. We definitely plan to return.

Great hotel. All the staff are gratious and accommodating. Met all our whims. Spa was awesome. Food was fantastic with the best breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Came to this property as a place to stay to see Angkor Wat, the property ended up being our haven! The entire team goes above and beyond for you. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The pool is exactly what you need after a day of touring along with a great massage in the spa! Can't say enough good things about this property! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is gorgeous property with lush plants everywhere. The rooms are spectacular and a lovely welcome to the room with flower petals on the bed and my name spelled out. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

The staff was amazing, helpful recommendations, guidance on the cost of tuk tuks, and the hotel even has tuk tuks on staff so you know you are getting a fair price. They can even be hired for the 1/2 day or day. The pool has both sunny and shade options ( I enjoy having plenty of shade). Every time you walk in you’re greeted with a cold, jasmine scented hand towel, what great touch!

The place is very nice, clean, well kept up - a gem that is close to good areas to walk to in Siem Reap. The workout facility needs significant improvement if that is important. Overall, I would highly recommend it for singles, couples, or families. The food is very good, service is remarkable!

This hotel went above and beyond for service. We were treated as if we were the only ones there. The front desk greeted us with tea and cold towels as soon as we walked in. Considering it was 94 degrees it was so welcomed. Any question, any detail was treated immediately. We found ourselves hugging the staff before we left. One of our favorite front desk personnel even came with us to the airport to make sure we got off safely. Incredible stay and for an unbelievable great price.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and very clean. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and the pool area is incredibly relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at this hotel were amazing - nothing was a problem at all. They looked after our group incredibly well. The room was really comfortable, the food was excellent - and the hotel offer a free tuk-tuk to the centre on Siem Reap. I cannot think of anything they could improve - I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A hidden gem in Siem Reap! If you want a 5 star quality hotel at a 2 star price, this is the place for you! Our room was spacious and clean and the pool with swim up bar was the perfect place to cool off after a hot day of touring. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and so incredibly friendly. Food was delicious and staff always asked about any food allergies or concerns before placing our order. Don’t skip the spa services either! The Khmer massage was relaxing and different from any other massage I have had. We didn’t want to leave this perfect spot!

Book it now! Stop torturing yourself reading reviews. It’s a tough decision because there are so many great boutique hotel in Siem Reap, but this one has got to be the finest! It’s on the outskirts of town, so quiet, yet a quick tuk tuk to anywhere. The staff are amazingly gracious, the food is terrific (especially the breakfast buffet), and the pool is the longest I’ve ever seen at a small hotel. The beds are so comfortable, the sheets sumptuous, the amenities perfect. I could not come up with a single complaint.

This hotel is located 10-15 min far from pub street by tuktuk and it kindly offers a single fare to pub street. The room I stayed and the public space were both clean and nice. Staff are all very kind and friendly. They tried to do everything for me as much as they can. I felt like I was really welcomed by them and that made me feel happy. If I have a chance to visit Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay this hotel again.

All wonderful, just a womnderful time.
I spent a short three nights at Khmer Mansion Residence and just wish I had planned my trip differently and spent more time there. Honestly, this was one of my top-three hotel experiences over the last 30 years. Everything was perfect and made to make you feel special the moment you walk in. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge by any standard, bright-lit, and well equipped. I really enjoyed the breakfast (pick something from a large menu and complement from the buffet) and "take a box out" option when I had to leave early to make sunrise at Angkor Wat (although, to be honest, I gave it all to one of the kids waiting there when I arrived, so I had no chance to see what was inside. Hopefully the kid had a nice meal). Of the various services offered at the hotel, I only used laundry (same day, very good), bar (god service, friendly staff), and ride to airport (perfect, like the rest). You know that you have it good when the most "negative" thing you can think of about a hotel is "too many light switches." I have loved every minute I spent at Khmer Mansion Residence and I am already looking forward to my next stay, in Jan. 2020.

I requested to change a room which I don’t want a bathtub in the bedroom (as l had put requested when booking on Hotels.com), at the beginning the staff said no room all full, then few minutes staff said got one room but no view as just facing the wall.......finally got changed to a room what l expected. (***hopefully Khmer can more concern on guest’s requested on the booking remark, it will help to improve quality of Khmer’s service.) Hot water stable without yellow water, quiet room, bed and pillow are comfortable, many geckos outside the room, the best is the breakfast which is mini buffet bar & menu order also free, latte & cappuccino not bad, small swimming pool but water clean, walk 15-20mins to pub street (be careful at night quite dark & small road not easy to walk especially when hv car/motorbike). Thanks for the complimentary meal and souvenirs of small scarf with nuts. ****Pech Pov are very nice with great smile, he is very concerned on guest’s feedback, great job & keep it up^^. ~~Overall happy stay in Khmer. Cheers!!

Amazing hotel!
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service is impeccable and the hotel absolutely beautiful. We have had a magical weekend. We normally dont visit the same place twice, but we are already thinking about when we could visit this hotel again. The staff pay attention to every detail, from making sure that they adapt the food to allergies to decorating the room and arranging cake for my birthday. If you are visiting Siem Reap, this is without a doubt the place to stay. We loved every minute!

Friendliest Staff Ever
The Khmer Mansion Residence was the highlights hotel stay of my SEA vacation. The hotel grounds and pool are very appealing and the room is spacious, beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable pillows (not down pillows that flatten to nothing). The AC worked to perfection and the WiFi was always a strong signal. There are the occasional mosquitoes, but this is Cambodia and despite the hotels best effort they’re going to be around. Breakfast was very enjoyable and offered a buffet and an a la carte option (or you can do both) and has both Asian and Western options, so you’re sure to find something you like. The restaurant also makes a great lunch! The location of the hotel is a bit away from all the action but the hotel tries to make up for that with free airport pick up and free one-way Tuk Tuk into town. The highlight of this hotel however is its staff. The staff greeted me by name and were always asking after my stay to see how they could make it better. I always felt like they were happy to see me and they really made me feel at home here. I’m telling you, the hospitality here can’t be beat - Disney could take lessons. I highly recommend Khmer Mansion Residence for your travels to Siem Reap!

Amazing service-everything from the complimentary airport pick-up, tuk tuk rides to the city center, and fresh flowers in the room was perfect. The GM Mr Sim treated us to a bottle of wine and gave us great restaurant recommendations. It’s a lovely place to stay while visiting Siem Reap and the Angkor Wat.
