I spent a short three nights at Khmer Mansion Residence and just wish I had planned my trip differently and spent more time there. Honestly, this was one of my top-three hotel experiences over the last 30 years. Everything was perfect and made to make you feel special the moment you walk in. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge by any standard, bright-lit, and well equipped.
I really enjoyed the breakfast (pick something from a large menu and complement from the buffet) and "take a box out" option when I had to leave early to make sunrise at Angkor Wat (although, to be honest, I gave it all to one of the kids waiting there when I arrived, so I had no chance to see what was inside. Hopefully the kid had a nice meal).
Of the various services offered at the hotel, I only used laundry (same day, very good), bar (god service, friendly staff), and ride to airport (perfect, like the rest).
You know that you have it good when the most "negative" thing you can think of about a hotel is "too many light switches." I have loved every minute I spent at Khmer Mansion Residence and I am already looking forward to my next stay, in Jan. 2020.
