Absolutely loved this little gem of a hotel! We stayed in the Residence, and the space and privacy with the decent size plunge pool & jacuzzi was just fantastic. I wish we could have stayed longer! It was easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shops, but tucked away on a side street away from the main area so lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I had to nitpick I’d say it would have been good to have a big outdoor shade umbrella, and a second sun lounger so we could have both been able to comfortably relax out there at the same time 😏

Staff are excellent ,always available and always wishing to provide the best service.suites were in very good condition .only issue we had the mattresses were too firm,but the staff reacted and resolved the issue quickly.food in the hotel was good , breakfast was fine ,shame variety of fruits is not wider . Cocktails very good by the pool which was clean and maintained well.hotel location is excellent , grab tuktuk to anyway in town are cheap.so a very well run hotel we would recommend

My stay at Heritage was amazing. The staff were excellent. We stayed during the off season and the level of service and hospitality were next level. Our room came with a private pool and it was perfect after a long day exploring. The resort pool was also great, with a dedicated bar. The food was excellent.

Heritage is an excellent place to stay, explore, and relax in Siem Reap. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is conveniently close to the temples and markets, allowing us to easily explore the area. They also offer airport shuttle service and can assist you with various activities during your stay. If you’re planning to visit Angkor Wat, I highly recommend Heritage Suites. Thank you for making my visit truly memorable.

Amazing place and they gave us gifts every day if the stay which was incredible adorable. Staff were amazing and very nice. Mis Tola, Mis Samnang and mis Sinar treated us like royalty and made the stay very warm and comfortable.

The hotel team were wonderful and made you feel very welcomed. The lady at breakfast was very attentive and did a super job looking after our needs. We were up early on day 1 to Angkor Wat so they put us together a breakfast picnic. Such a wonderful gesture. The room and private pool could do with updating to make this a true 5 star room. Close to the city and safe quiet area.

An excellent hotel all round. The staff were friendly, informed and courteous. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The hotel has a sister company - heritage tours - which was also excellent and arranged a fantastic, dedicated 3 day visit to Angkor Wat temples and Kulem mountain. (We co-designed the itinerary with Heritage Tours.)

We are a family of 5 traveling with teens, stayed here for 4 nights. It was a low season in Siem Reap, and the hotel was nearly empty, with only one other party of guests. The hotel upgraded our rooms to private pool rooms. It was spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and luxurious, though the aesthetics seemed to be of a couple of decades past, with a huge bathtub in the middle of the room. The staff, and the waiting staff, were very, maybe overtly, friendly ( I felt a little uncomfortable) and accommodating. Good breakfast included fresh fruits, good coffee, juices, and lots to choose from. They use insecticides to control mosquitoes at regular intervals. An eco-friendly approach, also for housekeeping, would be appreciated from this traveler. An independent tuk-tuk was available; check the price before hiring for each trip, though. Hotel airport pick-up was very helpful, worth the extra fare.

A great three night stay to explore Angkor. The staff was amazing, Makara and Tola were great and looked after us very well. We also booked all our Angkor temples via Heritage Tours and Teka was amazing in arranging everything. Solthea our guide was very knoweldgeable. Picked us up from the airport and returned us again and was great. All in all I cannot fault anything.

The Heritage Suites Hotel offers great amenities for an affordable price. We had a private pool in our suite! Staff are incredibly kind, helpful and reliable. I can only recommend that hotel, which I very much preferred to a past experience in Siem Reap in a well known international luxury brand hotel.
