They treat their customers like family. They try their best to serve their clients and do a wonderful job. The only criticism is the location. The entrance is down an alley that looks pretty rough. There is garbage and discarded things in many places. That being said, there are families living in this alley and although it looks rough, we never felt unsafe walking down it. In fact you are likely to hear greetings from these people, especially the children who like to say ‘hello’ in English. In conclusion, the hotel is nice and clean, it is a bit sparse in decorations, the price is great, the pool is wonderful, and the owners and staff are the best.
