Great resort in Siem Reap.

Posted 08-Sep-2017
Pros: Great room, great food available for breakfast with plenty of options. Transport available into town and Tuk Tuk's available to transport you around.
Cons: Could not get any english TV channels to work on the TV
Location: The resort has transport available to take you to tour the temples, the drivers have plenty of knowledge of the area and their fees are reasonable.
we travelled from Thailand to Siem Reap to have a look around the temples of Angkor Wat. The resort was an amazing place and the staff looked after us. The room was well appointed and plenty of space to relax. bathroom was great and also had the usual motel room items. Bed was great and very comfortable. Amazing food for breakfast and pleasant staff bring coffee and tea to your table.

Excellent hotel

Posted 29-Aug-2017
Superb hotel. It has an excellent staff and services that include free shuttle service from and to the airport. Nice clean rooms and its proximity to the airport and Angkor Wat are just some of the plus factors this hotel has. I couldn't believe that we would get such a wonderful accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Stunning..

The stay was incredible at every turn. The staff were fantastic and the location bring close to the temples is a definite plus. straight up.. if people have a complaint they need professional mental help. Great food within the hotel and the morning buffet breakfast included everything you could possibly hope for. The pool is absolutely breathtaking and perfect for the lazy day in. A+ and we will be back.

Great base for touring

Posted 25-Jul-2017
Pros: Location, food and staff.
Cons: Simpler air conditioning controls as it switches itself off during the night
Location: All the temples and the silk farm
Good hotel for visiting all the sites in Siem Reap. Polite and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is rather good. Spa offers good deals. The Cambodian restaurant is a must.

Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff!

Posted 23-Jul-2017
Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was beautiful and warm. Staff was amazing.
Location: The night markets in Siem Reap are fun. Definitely negotiate prices. Pub Street is fun to see, but restaurants are expensive and bad food/drinks.
Great hotel and great staff! It is located away from the city, closer to the airport and is a nice oasis from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. The shuttles to downtown are a nice touch that make it easy to get around. The staff are just amazing. From the moment you arrive they pamper you and make your check in process so easy. Since our room wasn't ready, they gave us another room to relax in until the room was ready. The pool area was wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel was good but we preferred to eat every night out in Siem Reap at the night markets. The staff did a great job of booking a tour for us on the first day and a car on the second day - no questions, just tell them what you want and it is done. Horms was the main person we dealt with and he was wonderful - always had a smile and took care of everything we wanted. After we checked out we had an hour to kill before going to the airport, so we were sitting around in the big, impressive lobby which is an open area and hence not air-conditioned. Horms took us to the business office which had a/c and even had our drinks and lunch delivered there.

Good central hotel with warm helpful staff

Posted 16-Jul-2017
Pros: We booked a suite so it was great.
Cons: The pool :)
Location: 15 mins to markets, close to almost everything.
Great stay. Everything was perfect. Only one thing missing was the main pool in the resort was under renovation, and was completed the day we left. Rooms were great and staff very helpful. Food as the restaurants was very nice, including the breakfast which caters to many Asians.

Nice hotel

Posted 22-Apr-2017
Pros: Our son enjoyed the pool as it was huge.
Cons: No hot water in room, but not necessary when it is so hot outside.
Location: Angkor Wat temples and the Cambodian cultural village. Night markets are downtown about ten minutes away.
The hotel picked us up at the airport and brought us some cold water which was great after a long hot flight. Check in was fast and very easy. Hotel room was spacious with a large tub and seperate shower. The breakfast in the morning had western and eastern fare for all types of people. We arrived during Cambodian New Year and we had a blast. If you have a chance to go during this time, your family and you will have a rewarding experience.
