When we first arrived I was initially put off by our room (we reserved a suite) and how busy the main restaurant was (quite overwhelming when you’re tired and hungry). However when I expressed our disappointment with the room, we were moved the next day and once we settled in and were well rested, we really saw how fantastic this hotel was. The staff are what makes Paloma Perissia special; it was spotless and they worked very hard with a smile and friendliness that was genuine. I have a gluten intolerance and as soon as I made them aware, I was introduced to the head chef or restaurant manager every day and they helped me navigate the huge buffet (with endless choices) at the restaurant as well as making me special gluten free dishes, without even asking! I was blown away! The staff at every bar were also very welcoming and often made us cocktails off of the menu. We would definitely return to Paloma Perissia, and would recommend it to anybody that asks! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!"
