"The staff were amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could have been much better, as it seemed the rooms were only having the bed sheets changed rather than being properly cleaned. The biggest disappointment was the food. It often felt like food was being reused or moved around between meal services instead of being freshly prepared, which may explain why many guests were experiencing stomach issues."

"this hotel is 97% either Russian or local Turkish residents - therefore bear this in mind. Facilities are good and for an all inclusive experience you cant ask for much more. overall the downside was the pricing I thought was a bit high for what it is - its more of a 4 star experience."
