"Breakfast was extra but worth it; staff was very attentive; shower drain was clogged at our arrival but staff took care off it within a day; hallway carpet and room fixtures looked worn and dated, but room was otherwise nice and the view of the city was great; very helpful onsite tour scheduling; odd loud clicking and scratching above our room a couple of nights, but it was thankfully brief and we never found out what it was. "Fantastic location, excellent a/c, large room, friendly staff and nice cafe across the road. Bed was very hard, another topper was added with not much improvement. Bathroom was small but adequate. Good value."

"The hotel is in a super convenient spot near the big shopping centre, Central Phuket. It’s also within walking distance to a spa, nail salon, laundry shop, a bunch of restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the 30% birthday month discount at the hotel restaurant because I didn’t mention it when ordering. That was actually the main reason we ate there for breakfast and dinner, but oh well."
