"This hotel is very modern and attractive. The rooms, though most are tiny, are well appointed including heated toilet seats. The rooms are a nice haven from the bustle of the lobby. Think NYC subways at rush hour. The staff do a great job of making the most of this situation and automation, at kiosks, help. The breakfast, in a downstairs buffet restaurant, is just atrocious in my opinion. It is beyond busy with guests scrambling for position at the buffet stations knocking others out of the way in the process. The food, though simply not my preferred genre, is just bloody awful."

"The room was fantastic for my friend and I. We each had a twin sized bed, but it was decently sized, not cramped at all. The location was fantastic, right next to the station and it wasn't far to go to all the big places in Tokyo we wanted to go to. Also, the in room massage was AMAZING! It's amazing how they can come right up to your room so we didn't have to go anywhere. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it (get the oils). The Chinese restaurant was good, the menu was a bit different, but I found something basic enough to get (some of it was too adventurous). The Midtown BBQ, Starbucks is RIGHT next door as well, so matcha/breakfast/lunch was easy to access. I will be staying here again, but this time with my family! 10/10."
