"Property built in 16th century, has alot of character and uniqueness. Short walk to beach, excellent staff, onsite food adventures, near top attractions like Charmouth fossil beach. Slight peeling of ceiling paint, did not deter us, really enjoyed property and met new friends from UK. "

The manager Alex interduced himself to all the guest and wished us a good stay and offered himself to deal with any problems we might come across. we have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and have already booked again in August and look forward to a happy stay again. The food was also very good with an excellent cooked breakfast along with a great selection of pastries etc. The bar area is very welcoming and the hotel in general is a big favourite of mine whenever I visit Lyme Regis. The view from my room was stunning with the sun rising over the Dorset coast in the morning.I highly recommend."
