The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and is within walking distance of Newcastle University. The city centre is also easily accessible by bus. The staff were exceptional: warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Free coffee was also available throughout the day, which was a nice extra.
