"View was fantastic and it was so close to the beach you could just walk to it! However the room was not clean. There were also notes posted all over the room warning you of fines if f you did certain things, and although it’s good to communicate, it also didn’t make me feel relaxed and able to enjoy the stay. I would love to stay in Oceanside again but will look for different accommodations."

"Second year in a row we have stayed. Love the ocean view from our room and the sound. Clean and maintained only thing is under the beds could have been cleaned better…two dirty socks under one bed that had been there a while however will not let that deter us from staying again! Staff was helpful and super friendly!"

"We had a wonderful two-night stay at this home with our two sons, their families, and our dogs. We especially appreciated that pets were allowed, as that can be hard to find and made the trip so much easier for our whole family.The location truly can’t be beat — being able to walk down to the beach was a huge highlight. We also loved the beautiful view and the fun, quirky character of the house. The kids were especially excited about the spiral staircase! The kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking meals together easy and enjoyable.A couple small things to note: the dehumidifier in the basement was quite loud, the garage door was a little difficult to open and close, and parking was a bit challenging. But overall, these were minor compared to all the positives.We really enjoyed our stay and made great family memories here!"

"The check in process was fine. Got the key from the main office and drove to the cabins. Once we got in though we discovered the toilet didn’t flush and was unusable. I called back to the office and was told they’d send someone out. While waiting for that we went out to dinner and coming back a few hours later nobody had come and we had to spend the night with no toilet. Luckily there was a park bathroom nearby. The next day I called all the phone numbers I could find for the property multiple times with no answer. Eventually the person that checked us in answered and apologized. He sent someone out to look at the toilet but they weren’t able to fix it. For our second night we were moved to a sister property which was a decent place to stay and were told our whole stay would be refunded. That customer service really turned our stay around and we were happy. Unfortunately the refund hasn’t come even after asking about it twice. "

"We had everything we needed in the kitchen; dishes, cookware, spices except cooking oil.The short driveway is steep but accommodated three cars.Great views! The deck is huge! It could use some attention a little cleaning and resealing (if I owned it that’s what I’d do) "
