"Very comfortable house with everything we needed pretty much. Fenced-in yard for our dog was the biggest desire, and it was a gorgeous yard with lots for her to investigate. Hot tub was clean and very nice, it could use a little privacy screening behind it, like some bamboo curtains, but it was very relaxing. Kitchen clean, just about every cooking utensil and pots and pans provided. No cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, coffee (other VRBO homes we have stayed in have provided these things). Nearest store is in Tillamook, so come prepared. Location was gorgeous and quiet. A very short stroll to the beach, and very short drives to other scenic places like tide-pools, or Tillamook cheese factory. Oceanside (the next town to the south) has Tunnel Beach - good tide pools. And a couple very nice restaurants. Particularly enjoyed Rossanna's. Warning: there is no cell reception at all in that area - so no google maps, no wifi, no internet. So come with a paper map or download directions ahead of time. Would definitely stay again. We had a lovely weekend."

"Clean cozy and absolutely the most spectacular view. Spent all of my time on the deck when we weren’t out touring. My wife was on the deck also but would go to the upstairs window seat/bed. Would read and stare out at the beautiful view. Within 15 minute to 1 hour driving to many gorgeous Oregon coast sights. But the one off the deck was the best. 2 minute drive down to beach. Be sure and check out tunnel beach at low tide. It’s amazing and is literally right below this house."

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as pictured in the listing and everything was clean, linens, towels, etc. There was even some firewood for the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub was ready to go (although we didn't use either due to lack of time).Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. Multiple coffee makers, Keurig and drip.The sunset and the beach were fantastic, almost private with very few other people. The cliffs and creek flowing into the tidal pools with crabs and anenomies were fun to explore at low tide.We had a few maintenance issues, but nothing that would prevent us from returning."

"Overall, the property was consistent with its listing and gave us a nice stay in a great location. The views from the top floor were spectacular of both the beach and the sunsets! We did take advantage of the location to walk the beach. As the planner for several group vacations, I received very positive feedback from our group on both the location and more importantly the facility. We look forward to renting it again when back in the area.The entire facility was very clean and the hot tub was being cleaned when we arrived. There were some of the third floor windows (the primary floor) that had smudges on them but most of them were on the outside and caused by swallows flying into them. Any interior smudges were easily cleaned off.Once I figured out how the VRBO protocol works, communication was quick and easy, via either text or email. While it took several tries to the get code to operate the elevator for one of our group of 7, answers to other questions where quick (less than 5 minutes) and responsive to our questions.We did use the entire facility (all four bedrooms, laundry, hot tub, elevator, and main floor fireplace) and all worked easily and as expected.The only recommendations we had were to considering shades on the west/beach side of the top floor to lessen heat during the summer and glare when in the kitchen."

"This is a great property with fabulous ocean views and very convenient parking as well as location within walking distance to the beach. The house is remodeled nicely with everything you need for cooking and laundry. Plenty of towels and also soap and shampoo. The house overall was very clean, the floors were spotless and kitchen was very tidy as well. We did come across a few items that needed improvement:1. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom had mildew and mold on it. It was pink and icky.2. Both bathroom vents had a lot of dust and lint on them.3. There were quite a few cobwebs and spiders all over.4. There was a moldy smell in the 2nd floor bathroom. It was clean so not sure where it was coming from. 5. Note that the description of the beds is not accurate. There are 2 fewer beds. Other than these, it is a great place to stay with a large group or family. The arrangements and accommodations are comfortable. Wifi is fast and the host is very communicative and helpful."

"What a perfect spot for our girls’ getaway! We had 10 women in town for a beach and fantasy football weekend, and using all of the units worked out SO well for our group.The ocean views were amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having plenty of towels. The beach access was incredibly convenient with a quick walk down the road or a very short drive down to the parking lot. We loved being able to come and go easily throughout the weekend. Don’t miss exporting tunnel beach at low tide. It was incredible to see all the sea stars, anemones, and crabs. Our host and the staff were also incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything even easier. It’s always reassuring to know someone is available to answer questions, especially when traveling with a large group.The property was comfortable, well-equipped, and a great value for our group. Between the beach, the views, the laughs, and some very serious fantasy football business, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the weekend!We had an absolute blast and would definitely come back for another girls’ trip! "
