Having the beach outside your room was wonderful. We had a pet room, so I loved not having a carpeted space. Lots of cutlery and dishes, and the stove top worked fine. One issue was the bedroom had a tv but it’s now an empty space. Overall, a great place for vacation!

Great location with direct access to the beach. Facilities are a bit old, but still good to be used. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are a big +1 considering it is chilly outside. It is a great option to avoid paying much more to stay closer to Cannon Beach area. I would definitely go again.

The unit was not as clean as we’d hoped. We found a left behind adult item in the room our children were staying in, which was disgusting, but not necessarily the hosts fault other than not doing a thorough inspection and clean. there was no screen door on the sliding glass door, and the lock didn’t work so we had to use the bar which was annoying but doable. The pull out couch was also broken resulting in a slanted bed. The staff were nice, the beach was beautiful, and the town was lovely, however, for what we paid we could have gotten better somewhere else so we wont be returning.

Fabulous place to stay when you have a dog with you. They left a special pet bed, blanket, towels and treats for our fur baby. Right on the beach, loved sitting on our balcony watching the waves crash.

The kitchen area was very new and clean. The carpet, chair and especially the couch was very stained and old and in need of replacement. The path, stacked rocks to the beach, were very very slick and difficult and dangerous to descend or ascend. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms. The only real nice thing was the balcony. However, the balcony would be nicer with privacy walls. I will not be staying here again. There was not always parking available on site.

While the property does advertise dog friendly rooms please be advised that dogs apparently are not allowed anywhere on the grass and there is no designated dog relief area. When asked where to take my dog I was essentially pointed towards the neighbor's houses along the street. Also at $45 (after taxes) per dog, per night their dog fee is a little higher than most hotels. Beyond that, it took me 3 days of going back and forth to the office to get refunded something I should not have been charged for, there is no daily housekeeping service, there is no ice machine in the room labeled "ice machine" and sliding patio doors both the glass and the screen door needed a lot of force to actually open and could probably use some maintenance. Overall, the place was not horrible and Rockaway is a nice quiet town to stay in but I'm not sure if I would be back or not.

The pictures online were deceiving. The unit was very old and worn really needs to be updated. No TV in the bedroom, carpet throughout was horrible in some places it was held down with duct tape. The couch and throw pillows were questionable about how clean they were which I suspect not. Hardly any TV channels. I have to say that the view was FANTASTIC.

Older building, but the view and beach access were great! I only wish the pool and hot tub stayed open a bit later, maybe until 10 instead of 9, so guests checking in late could still enjoy them a little. The beds were also on the softer side for our preference.

The location was oceanfront, which was great! The staff were super! The room.......not so much. Sofa bed mattress cover was badly stained, the extra bed pillows for the sofa bed were badly stained, and I forgot and left my suitcase open all night and my clothes ended up smelling like the room - an old smokers room. The staff did get me clean pillows, but the room was gross
