Tastefully decorated in a coastal theme and comfortably furnished throughout, open plan living, and dining area flows through to the fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities such as an oven, microwave and fridge as well as the utensils to cook up a storm. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has the second TV, the bathroom has recently been renovated and provides the ease of a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry is external from the unit and is shared between the complex, it provides a top loader washing machine and dryer which are both coin operated. There are two car spaces available that are suitable for two cars or a car and a small trailer with jet ski. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan + TV Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds + Ceiling Fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service.
