Unit 6 Blue Waters has been completely renovated with a split system air conditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine (BYO Pods) and family size fridge/ freezer. Stunning bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles and internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The balcony has a weber gas BBQ so you can cook up a storm whilst enjoying those gorgeous water views and sea breeze. A singe undercover car space is available, park the car and walk down to all the attractions and night life that Shoal Bay has to offer. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan + Water Views Bedroom 2 – Double Bed + Ceiling Fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service.
