  • Unit 1 Florida is an inviting 2 storey townhouse that features an open plan, reverse cycle air conditioned comfortable living area downstairs and a well equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities that leads out onto a lovely covered entertaining area. There is a private internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, second toilet and shower.

    Upstairs has the spacious main bedroom with a reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV and filtered water views with access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has access to a private balcony and the main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity area. Fantastic location and fantastic townhouse, be quick to book as Florida will be your popular holiday choice.

    There is a common area grassed yard. The townhouse also provides a carport and driveway allowing parking for two cars.
