The dishes in the cupboard were dirty and the basin upstairs still had scum in it and the bbq was even worse. We had to clean before we could use. This was not good enough as you state in your documents that this is a requirement and if it is not done then there would be a charge. This was clearly not done before we arrived. The location was beautiful and convenient, we loved that we could just walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
