Wonderful location and parking opposite hotel entrance, baths very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, comfy beds and nice big bathroom which is a must when travelling with children, only downside was the rooms are very light- if you have light sensitive children be prepared to be up early!

Unique experience

Great hotel. Wonderful staff.

Incredible hotel, comfortable beds and great staff

Great location by the harbour and the station. Plenty of shops nearby. Very nice staff.

Clean, excellent breakfast, great Onsen.

Loved our stay at this Fav hotel. The room was modern, well appointed, spacious and had amazing laundry facilities. Very comfortable and clean, as everywhere in Japan. Staff were attentive and friendly. Very easy check-in and check-out. Would totally recommend.

A 10 minute walk south of the hotel takes you to the Awaodori Kaikan with awaodori shows, and ropeway access to Mt Bizan. Many shopping and dining options right next to the hotel in the Clement Plaza and also in the surrounding area...
