Clean and new hotel. Complimentary breakfast included which tasted great! Good selection of food, Japanese/western buffet style. For Japan, the rooms are very spacious. Eventhough they only provide 1 pillow each bed, the pillow is like a memory foam style, flatter pillow which is very comfortable. Parking is available at hotel with limited spots. Walkable distances to main shopping area, around 10mins walk. Handy. Very nice spacious room and good breakfast area. Handy to Ritsurin Garden and the shopping arcades.
