Staff were friendly and helpful. Ski/snowboard hire included too. Ski boots and skis were of good quality and newish, however snowboards were not good. Lovely hotel with big fireplace and marshmallows to roast. Great place to relax after a day skiing. We had a family 5 bedroom room which had 2 separate rooms (2 single beds plus 3 tatami mats in another room). Location at Takamagahara was excellent - central to all the ski areas.
