I love this hotel. The bathroom shower is so good. I’m a swimmer so the outdoor pool was perfect for a workout. Bed is very comfortable and the hotel is in a good location

Beautiful property and just such an amazing location of Shanzhen. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms are clean. We said in the executive levels and the executive club was just fantastic.

Our over-all stay at The Langham Shezhen was excellent. It's close proximity to the subway station enables us to explore Shenzhen exponentially. The adjacet mall gives us the cenvenience from shopping the last minute items we wanted to take home with us not to mention the excellent choices of restaurants in the mall. The hotel's breakfast also had great selection of food. And of course our room was clean and the feell of a home away from home.

The staff were amazing. Thoughtful, helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and help us see everything we wanted too around Futian. The operations manager, Langham Club and reception staff were particularly good and from the moment we arrived made us feel welcome.
