We were visiting the OCT Harbour and picked this hotel for its location, which is without a doubt the biggest attraction. However, none of the staff we met spoke English (our Mandarin is so-so). Service was mediocre. The design was "boutique-y", but taking also the service and facilities into account, we wouldn't say it's value for money. For those who are visiting OCT Harbour and planning to stay for a while or stay late, this could be a choice for a room and a bed (there isn't room service).
