Сдается в аренду Шикарный трехэтажный новый дом с классным ремонтом и современной бытовой техникой в поселке Шекветили(Капровани), расположенный в Сосновом лесу, в 70м от побережья Черного Моря. Здесь вы найдете все удобства для комфортного проживания. Внутри коттеджа просторные и светлые комнаты, оформленные с шармом и вкусом. Красивые мебель и аккуратные детали создают уютную атмосферу. Большие окна позволяют наслаждаться прекрасным видом на сосновый лес и море.Дом расположен в тихом поселке Shekvetili (Kaprovani), окруженный соснами. Новый просторный трехэтажный дом вмещает 8-9 человек. В доме расположены три спальны и три ванные комнаты ( одна большая спальня с собственной ванной комнатой). У каждой спальны есть выход на балкон , а также на третьем этаже расположена большая терраса, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на море и пляж. Здесь вы найдете все удобства для комфортного проживания. Внутри коттеджа просторные и светлые комнаты, оформленные с шармом и вкусом. Красивые мебель и аккуратные детали создают уютную атмосферу. Большие окна позволяют наслаждаться прекрасным видом на сосновый лес, который окружает этот коттедж.Антураж коттеджа также поражает воображение. Расположенный всего в 70 метрах от моря, он предлагает своим гостям неповторимую возможность наслаждаться прекрасными видами на волны Черного моря. Вы можете прогуляться до пляжа и погрузиться в его приятные прохладные воды, или просто расслабиться на патио, наслаждаясь тихой и спокойной обстановкой.  
Мы предлагаем нашим гостям остановиться в нашем доме и шикарно отдохнуть, насладиться уютом, спокойной атмосферой, прекрасным Черноморским пляжем с черным магнитным песком, которым славится побережье Гурии.Берег в районе Капровани песчаный, усеянный Черным Лечебным Магнитным песком. Пляж чистый, относительно не многолюдный. Море теплое и мелкое. Здесь будет удобнее и приятнее отдыхать с детьми.  
Плюс ко всему, вдоль берега в Шекветили растут Сосны, что делает пребывание на курорте не только приятным, а и полезным. В пяти минутах езды на машине от дома расположены все возможные парки и развлечения, такие как Дендрологический Парк" , а также рядом "Музыкальный Парк", "Парк Миниатюр" и "Цицинатела (Парк аттракционов)". С каждым годом парки в Шекветили становятся все более популярными как среди туристов, так и среди местного населения.

Уважаемые Гости !!!  
Не берите пожалуйста белые полотенца на пляж.  
В случае повреждения мы попросим вас возместить 35 GEL за каждую штуку.  
Пляжные полотенца можно арендовать за дополнительную плату-30 GEL за полотенце за все время проживания.  
Уважаемые гости , так как пляж с Чёрным магнитным песком, от которого очень трудно избавиться, поэтому у входной двери во двор установлен небольшой душевой шланг, чтобы помыть ваши песчаные ноги.Пожалуйста, используйте их, чтобы не заносить в дом песок.  
Пожалуйста, сушите в сушилке только свежевыстиранную одежду. Не используйте сушилку для влажной одежды, принесенной с пляжа.
