There is a new building to this hotel which has recently opened and which I stayed in. Lovely lake view room, very comfortable. Friendly staff in reception, pool area and restaurant. Good food at breakfast and dinner. There is still some building work going on but this was minimum noise. Pool and spa in a seperate building so away from any building noise. Baffled by a previous review I read that suggested the pool was so far away from the hotel that you needed to drive! If you feel like this I would question how you cope with every day life. Majority of staff don't speak any foreign language. There is no any elevator in the hotel. At the same time support service for taking guests'luggage is not organised. Check-in time was delayed. Check out was quite long because of long checking minibar use. There wss no tea/coffee facility in the room. Очень красивое место вдали от цивилизации. Тишина и покой. Отличный персонал, все работники отеля были всегда приветливы и рады помочь. Бассейн и спа очень классные. Девочка которая в спа массаж делает супер классно его делает. Вид из окна супер. Завтрак вкусный. Ели 2 раза в ресторане, обслуживание отличное и всё вкусно.
