"The property it self was nice. The room was ok...I found clothing tags from the people that stayed in the room before me in the bathroom behind the towels and the tub/ shower was still dirty with hair in it. The breakfast buffet was nice lots of choices. But it was a little off putting that the other guest didnt control thier children. Some of them were actual going up to other guest and asking if they could have some of what t h ey were eating. Another went and started touching another's guests food. So we just took out food and went back to our room. "

"DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had a horrible experience! The pillows had stains on it! The trash can was full of garbage! And it was very old, outdated, and gross inside the hotel room. There was a keycard left on the table, and that’s not worst part - When I arrived, I had to stand in the rain and wait for a staff member to check me in! No one was there! Do not book here, no matter the price. "

"The breakfast was fine. They had two options for eggs, two different types of sausages some home fries a pancake machine. If you want waffles they had them. You can just heat them up. They had oatmeal some fruit muffins choices of juices coffee. It was fine. Our room was clean enough towels, stuff like that. There was a lot of shopping nearby and that’s why I usually stay at this hotel. The only thing that I would say is the third floor elevator area from when I checked in on a Thursday till I checked out on a Saturday the floor had never been clean. It was covered in what look like coffee everywhere. And for one full day, there was some towels in the hallway that I’m sure a hotel guest through there. "

"We were pleased with our stay. Was nice they provided a high chair and pack-n-play as we traveled with our grandson. House was very clean and had lots of extra amenities like extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. There was a little mixup with arrival instructions but the owner responded quickly to messages. We also got a snow storm and he even came to shovel us out! Gotta love Buffalo weather!"
