"We lobed everything about our stay! The room was fantastic, staff was great, and breakfast had a great selection! The only downside, the pool was pretty cold and when going for a morning swim, the pool hadnt been cleaned, towels were all over and no fresh towel. "
"It was absolutely 💯 wonderful!!! Clean, cool, quiet, service was fabulous! Secluded and surrounded by gorgeous pines, even though on the boulevard it was set back enough soyou didn't hear any traffic noise!! Though furnishings were dated they were in perfect condition but quite charming!♥️. I needed help with my tv and Tom whom I believe was like the superintendent was more than happy to help immediately! He got it going no problem!!! Highly recommend this as a great place to stay! Also there was a grocery and convenient store directly across the street!♥️♥️♥️♥️💯 Price very reasonable too!"

"We stayed here on our family trip to the Niagara Falls!! We enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and respectful! Any questions we had, they responded quickly and even extended our stay by just a few hours until our event that day was ready!! If I or my family return to buffalo ny we will most definitely check the availability on this home before checking anywhere else! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! You make an excellent host!! "This is an absolutely adorable place to stay. Old retro style, private, comfortable, and safe. Nice pool and access to the yard, grills, and fire pit. Had a nice cookout while there. River running thru out back. So relaxing."

"The property was well appointed and had everything needed to make it a comfortable experience. Its proximity to the water was an added bonus. There was a loose paver at the front left of the sidewalk that needs repair and a stain on the couch which was very unappealing. However our overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Owner and management were very friendly "

"Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning walk. Easy 20-30 minutes to the falls and other attractions we did while there. "
