The room was small, stuffy, and smelly. The bathroom door didn't lock. There was no microwave. The cost charged per night doesn't match the quality of the room.
A really cool and unique location that lays into the Niagara Falls of it all. The observation area is a nice treat and a great place to hang out what I may lack in some modern amenities, it makes up for in charm and style.
The owner's were so friendly and helpful. They made you feel right at home. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. You have chairs and a table right outside your door to sit and enjoy the scenery. Pool was nice and clean. I loved chairs by the lake, also they had a fire pit. Will definitely book again.

The area has lot of flying insects from the river. Overall a good stay.

This is an old school motel and unfortunately, it lacks curb appeal. When you pull in, you first come to a boarded up building that you think is the office and your heart sinks. The outside of the motel units could also use a coat of paint, and there are multiple maintenance projects in progress around the property that give a poor impression. However, the cleaning staff who were working on one of the rooms and saw us kind of lost told us to go all the way into the driveway for the office. The folks in the office were very kind, and the riverfront view and outdoor guest area along the river were very nice. When we got into our room, we were concerned because it too was very dated, including very faded curtains, a kind of crushed lampshade, and a very pink, grandma style bathroom and shower curtain. However, if you look past these aesthetic things, the room was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, the shower clean, with hot water, excellent pressure, and nice thick fluffy towels. It is clear that the housekeeping staff and owners are focused on rooms being clean and comfortable for guests over being "surface level" pretty. In short, we enjoyed this motel's riverfront access, and a very comfortable bed and shower for a very reasonable price, and all about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park.

Easy to get to. Check in was easy. Very nice host at the front desk. She told us everything we needed to know about Niagara Falls.
The room was decent. We did not have very good water pressure tho.
We felt safe and the location was good. However the room was in need of a deep clean and updating. The shower had bulging tiles and the water turned on with a separate valve attached to the shower head. Carpet was stained, the paint on the walls had been refreshed but didn’t match the original color and you could see the streaks. The door lock was tricky and light came in all around the frame. The bedspread had stains as well. The windows didn’t open. Outside there was a garden area but little seating and unkempt. This spot has so much potential but at present it was very disappointing. Would not recommend or stay again. Very overpriced for what you get.
Super cute old fashioned motel. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit Niagara Falls and Buffalo. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bathroom was a little dated and there is a lack of electrical outlets. But it was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool. The area around the pool had some trash and seemed like maybe it wasn’t fully open for the summer yet. There were ants all over so you couldn’t sit outside of the pool without getting ants on you. And the pool needed a good cleaning. It felt like it was recently opened and not really ready. Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay and appreciated the super helpful staff. I would stay here again.
Rooms were older, but very clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful with local knowledge to help plan your day. Pool was unavailable, but they have a bonfire set up along the waterfront. Overall great stay!
