"Such a lovely hotel, amazing customer service, very welcoming & friendly. The lounge areas are so cosy, smell really nice! The decor is adorable. A little bar with a good selection of drinks. An amazing breakfast was served in the morning. Just an all round brilliant stay. "

"Everything was great except the bed which was a zip lock bed but the dip in the middle was really comfortable which kept us awake most of the night and the pillows were also uncomfortable and was unaware of any pillow menus "

"We had a lovely warm greeting from John on our arrival. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant, relaxing and peaceful. It is a short walk into Shanklin village. With plenty of options to eat in the evening. Breakfast was good with a good selection of options. John and Ann are great hosts."

"Lovely solo stay! I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception who very helpful and polite when checking me in! I paid £15 for the weekend to use the spa facilities (which i was made aware of at when booking) it was 100% worth the extra money! The spa was lovely and it was very clean! The jacuzzi was actually lovely and hot! The room was lovely and clean, the fresh milk and water was an nice added extra! The bathroom was a little dated but nothing wrong with it. I had a lovely meal in the grill restaurant on the first night, again the waitress service me was very polite. "
