"The property is true to the listing and really clean. Check in was fuss free. The location is good but be warned the walk to the beach involves 149 steps down and up the cliff so not suitable for everyone. With previous holiday lets the fee has bought the whole house but this a bit different with the number of people dictating the number of bedrooms being available which caused some confusion. Great base to explore the east coast and would recommend the Old Forge next door for the food although...

"We have just returned from a week at Linden Manor. Such a beautiful house, great pub across the road and co op too. We used as a base to visit York, Whitby, Scarborough and Robin Hoods Bay. The house is so comfortable and cosy. Spacious and caters for all needs. The hot tub was also a lovely addition! We booked this to celebrate my sisters 40th birthday and we all had a lovely time. Also big thanks to Emily and Nataley for their help and kindness."

"The holiday home was lovely and spotless. There was everything you needed there . There needs to be more signage on how to get to your holiday home . The site could also have a nice cafe and bar separate from the golf course ."

"Lovely place, the house was huge it was nice and local in a peaceful neighbourhood. I was blown away by the price, it was a great deal for a place with 5 bedrooms and a hot tub especially. There is a bus stop pretty much outside, so very handy to go places. Enjoyed the peace and was an excellent time to unwind."
