"This place was such a disappointment. Should be closed down during renovation as have Travelodge opposite. Not clean, dust and dbrus everywhere. Builders in lifts and corridors while getting to and from rooms. A shambles. Residents bar closed at 10pm ! We went across road for late drink and they closed at 12. Breakfast was cold, dry, rubber eggs cold. Bread for toast was damp and the thinnest bread I have ever seen. No way will we return at least for next 5 years which will be how long it takes to make it decent. Shame, once the jewel of Scarborough!!"

"Room very spacious and clean Bed comfortable Breakfast excellent Would stay here again. Could have been a little less noisy due to party going on but on the whole an excellent stay"
