Vi satte størst pris på haven, udsigten og beliggenheden tæt på den offentlige strand. Let adgang til at leje padelboard og vandcykel lige ved siden af huset. Les canards viennent régulièrement y faire un tour. Il est interdit de se baigner, de pêcher ou de mettre une embarcation à l'eau depuis le ponton de la propriété. Pour accéder au lac, il faut sortir de la propriété dont l'entrée coïncide avec le parking public payant de la plage et du port.
