Private terrace with mini swimming pool of 10m², ideal for children (depth 1.10m). Barbecue provided. Very well insulated and very comfortable house. Ideal departure for hiking and cycling, access bike path around the lake nearby. Shops and buses nearby. Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are: \- cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically \- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival. We want you to fully enjoy your vacation, for this between each traveler the cleaning and the beds are made. We absolutely loved our week here. The location is ideal - a short drive to both Annecy for the old town, and Doussard where we enjoyed hiring boats and the beach. The house itself is beautifully furnished and well equipped, and the pool was excellent fun. We hope to return again soon! ##### James C. The house has everything you need for comfortable stay, and the fans in the bedrooms are a must. Lovely pool area which the kids loved. Close to a great bakery, green grocers and Lidl.
